The Chat
Diary is strictly for use in conjunction with the AoVD
Chat Room. It can be used to arrange meetings in the room,
to schedule or discuss events, and is also used for discussions
of room policy and specific incidents.
What is acceptable:
- Posts to arrange meetings with friends, in the room.
- Posts to schedule RPs.
- Posts to schedule writing workshops.
- Discussion of room policy and procedure.
- Discussion of specific incidents that occur in the room.
- Discussion about chat rooms in general, including their
legal standing on the internet and the latest developments
in such issues.
- Chat-related humor and trivia.
What is not acceptable:
- General, non-chatroom related conversation -- take that
to the Speakeasy.
- Flaming.
Posts that do not belong in the Chat Diary
will either be moved to the appropriate forum, or deleted,
at the Moderators' discretion. Repeat offenders, who continually
post the wrong things to the forum, may lose their posting
privileges.
